Happy 4th Swoosh!

 Seems like just yesterday Swoosh was this chubby, sweet baby...How is he already 4?  He is quite the boy...He has so much energy, loves all things sports and requires about as much sleep as his Dad...not much.  He enjoyed swimming a lot this summer and he can't wait until he can play tackle football and soccer.  He's always asking when he will be able to do that.  He likes to use big words and has a southern accent. One day I had put some potatoes in the crockpot before we went to school.  When we walked in the door he said, "Mom, what's that amazin' smell?"

He wanted a "motorcycle" birthday party, and has been quite excited for his party.  We had lots of family here, and we set up a water slide to keep the kids busy.  It was a great day! The evening before his party he had a special surprise.  The director of his daycare knew that he was having a motorcycle birthday party and offered to come give him a motorcycle ride!  She is such a wonderful lady...hardworking, firm, sweet and selfless.  This act of kindness will be something we will treasure for a long time.  At first Swoosh was a little nervous, but he went for it and had a great time.
