KFC Coleslaw



1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 T. white vinegar
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
8 c. finely chopped cabbage (about one head) (or one bag)
1/4 c. shredded carrot
2 T. minced onion


Combine first 8 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Add cabbage & other veggies, mix well.
Cover & refrigerate at least two hours before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
